RETURN POLICY
No returns.
Exchange or Store Credit Only. For wholesalers, Exchange or Credits are available when all sizes as specified in invoice are returned in original conditions without any damage or washed.
Store Credits will be given if there is no same items available.
Our Refund Policy
For your convenience, we include a pre-paid merchandise return label in all packages shipped within the continental United States.
* Complimentary Return Shipping: We offer complimentary return shipping if you use our pre-paid return label and opt to return your merchandise for Bluefly store credit. * Low Return Shipping Fees: If you use our pre-paid return label and request a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee in the amount of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. * Use your Own Shipping Method: Of course you may use the shipping method of your choice at your own expense (we strongly suggest using a traceable shipping method). In this case, no return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse to process your return credit. We recommend that you keep the return tracking number for your reference. Go to www.ups.com to track the status of your return.
No Exchanges
Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item using our easy return shipping label. Then place a new order online for an alternative product. If you require assistance from one of our fashion-forward FlyReps, call Customer Service.
Returning A Gift?
If you received a gift and want to return it, please complete the Gift Recipient section on the return form that's included in every order. We can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or refund your Bluefly account. If you do not already have a Bluefly account, please create one by clicking on My Account on the bottom of any of our web pages. Note: if you do not specify a refund method, we will automatically refund the credit card used by the purchaser. |
